The Government of Castilla-La Mancha, through the Territorial and Urban Planning Commission of Toledo, has approved a new priority project in Casarrubios del Monte. This project, executed and managed by AC Ingenieros with an investment of €9.2 million, will create 27 direct and 54 indirect jobs, strengthening the region’s industrial development.
According to the Minister of Public Works, Nacho Hernando, the project, driven by Altan Pharmaceuticals, will increase its production capacity by 150%, from 2,965,000 to 7,400,000 units, thanks to the integration of more efficient production equipment. Additionally, it complements another project approved in 2021 in the same locality, focused on manufacturing recycled PET bottles, with a €21 million investment and the creation of 10 direct jobs.
Hernando emphasized that the García-Page administration has the necessary tools to attract investments and promote growth in strategic sectors that generate employment, further establishing Castilla-La Mancha as an attractive hub for industry and innovation.
