Driving Innovation: Launch of Spain’s First Mobile Cattle Slaughterhouse – Grupo Operativo Convenes at the Gourmet Fair in Madrid
In a significant step toward the modernization of the agri-food sector, an operational working group has been established to lead the development of Spain’s first Mobile Cattle Slaughterhouse. This pioneering initiative, backed by the Community of Madrid, held its inaugural meeting during the Madrid Gourmet Fair, hosted within the Agro-Food Cluster’s exhibition space.
A Strategic Gathering
The meeting brought together key stakeholders in the sector, including representatives from IMIDRA, Vilma, ASEACAM, Ganadero de la Sierra de Madrid, and AC Ingenieros, with the support of UGAMA.
During the session, foundational elements were established and strategic work plans were outlined for the first phase of the project, which is scheduled for completion in May.
