Discarlux, a company specialized in premium-quality red meats, together with the project management Bovis from CBRE – Turner & Townsend, have awarded the project for its new beef processing plant in Madrid to AC Ingenieros, strengthening a strategic partnership for the development of state-of-the-art facilities in the agri-food sector, with a particular focus on high-end beef products.
The new complex, located near Mercamadrid, will comprise more than 5,000 square meters dedicated to the aging, processing, and distribution of beef. Through this collaboration, Discarlux aims to reinforce its leadership in the national and European markets, leveraging the technological innovation and energy efficiency that distinguish AC Ingenieros’ projects.
