AC Ingenieros participated in the 38th edition of Salón Gourmets, held from April 7 to 10, 2025, at IFEMA Madrid. This event is recognized as Europe’s premier annual showcase of high-end food and beverages, bringing together professionals from the gastronomic sector to present everything from traditional products to the latest culinary trends.
As part of the visit, AC Ingenieros held an informational session with the Madrid Cluster Operational Group regarding a new and innovative project to create a mobile cattle slaughterhouse.
