This week, we participated in the Hub of the Agri-Food Cluster of the Community of Madrid, specifically in the working group on Innovation in Food Processing and Technology.
We had the opportunity to engage in discussions and explore various perspectives from different sector representatives, including food companies, technology centers, communication firms, training companies, and engineering firms. Together, we aimed to establish improvement and innovation projects to be developed in the coming months.
