AC Ingenieros, a firm specialized in food industry engineering and consulting, has been responsible for the technical structuring and coordination of the investment processes that the Basque Culinary Center (BCC) will undertake in two of its most ambitious projects, located in Vitoria and Laguardia, both focused on innovation in beverages and wine. The EDA Drinks Foundation and Wine Campus projects are designed to position the BCC as an international benchmark in research, education, and gastronomic entrepreneurship.
