The Beef Processing Plant Expansion Project in San Sebastián (Gipuzkoa), promoted by the meat company Txogitxu and with technical management and construction execution carried out by AC Ingenieros, is advancing at a very good pace and is currently in a highly advanced stage of construction. The work completed to date has enabled the completion of a large portion of the structural framework and the main installations planned within the project.
Txogitxu works exclusively with high-quality beef and specializes in large bone-in rib steaks (chuletones) from both mature cows and oxen. This strategic expansion will allow the company to strengthen its production capacity and optimize its beef processing, preservation, and distribution operations. The project also incorporates technical solutions aimed at improving the energy efficiency and operational functionality of the facilities, reinforcing the company’s commitment to quality, innovation, and industrial development within the region.
