The company specializing in high-quality red meats, Discarlux, together with Bovis from CBRE – Turner & Townsend, which acted as project manager, awarded the design and engineering contract for its new beef processing facility in Madrid to AC Ingenieros, thereby consolidating a strategic partnership for the development of innovative facilities within the agri-food sector, particularly in the premium-quality beef segment.

The new complex, located in the vicinity of Mercamadrid, will comprise more than 5,000 m² dedicated to the aging, processing, and distribution of mature beef. Through this collaboration, Discarlux aims to strengthen its leadership in the Spanish and European markets, leveraging the technological innovation and energy-efficiency standards that characterize the projects developed by AC Ingenieros.
