Valdetorres del Jarama in the Community of Madrid will witness the birth of a new industry dedicated to the production of organic pistachios, a project that aims to strengthen the local economy and promote sustainable agricultural practices.
In the project phase, the first pistachios produced on the ecological and highest quality farm have been processed. With this project, the Community of Madrid positions itself at the forefront of organic agriculture in Spain, promoting healthy and environmentally friendly products, in line with the growing demands of consumers and the European Union’s sustainability guidelines.
