On December 14, the Pistachio Meeting took place in the Community of Madrid, organized by the Union of Madrid Agrarian Cooperatives together with the Madrid Institute of Rural, Agrarian and Food Research and Development (IMIDRA).
Cristóbal Cerquella, Director of AC INGENIEROS, attended as a speaker at this conference where, together with professionals and experts in the sector, the challenges of improving the development and competitiveness of the pistachio sector in the Community of Madrid were addressed, and the establishment of an Industrial Transformation Plant as a reference for the Madrid Pistachio.
